Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the WoodVibe Creation website, operated by Geoffrey Rubio, sole proprietor under the trade name WoodVibe Creation.

The products offered are mainly digital files (building plans, technical sheets, PDF documents, and other digital content).

2. Products

The products sold on this website are described as accurately as possible.

Images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and shall not engage the seller’s liability in the event of minor differences.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€).

WoodVibe Creation operates under the French VAT exemption scheme in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Therefore, VAT does not apply.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order placed on this website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are secured through the payment solutions provided on the website.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately or as soon as possible after payment validation, either by download or by email.

The seller shall not be held responsible for technical issues beyond their control preventing temporary access to downloads.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase when performance has begun with the customer’s prior consent.

As a result, no refund may be requested once the product has been downloaded or made available.

8. Use of the Plans

Unless otherwise stated, all plans sold are intended for strictly personal use.

The customer is authorized to build the object for personal use only.

Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, publication, or commercial use of the plans is strictly prohibited without the purchase of a specific commercial license.

9. Commercial License

When offered, the commercial license authorizes the customer to build and sell creations made from the plans according to the conditions specified on the product page.

The commercial license does not grant the right to resell, share, or redistribute the digital files under any circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All files, plans, visuals, videos, and content offered on this website remain the exclusive property of WoodVibe Creation.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use may result in legal action.

11. Liability

The plans, tutorials, and advice provided are for informational purposes only.

The customer remains solely responsible for their implementation, the use of tools, materials, and machines, as well as compliance with safety regulations.

WoodVibe Creation shall not be held liable for any material damage, personal injury, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
